This machine is capable of performing the 90 degree loading method tests on passenger car wheels SAE J328a, truck wheels/rims SAE J267a, ISO 3006/95 and ISO 3894/95.

The wheel fixture supports the test wheel "bead seat"

Centering of test wheel is automatic. A digital readout indicates the length of bending moment lever arm

The load shaft axle weight is compensated for so that there is no axial load on the test wheel during testing

Large heavy duty roller bearings support the rotating table and are lubricated with circulating filtered oil providing the best environment for long life

Apply actuators control the bending moment load on the test wheel to within +/- 1 percent full scale even when operating at test speeds of 500 r/min

The cycle counter will not lose count even if power to the machine is interrupted
