This machine is capable of performing the 90 degree loading method tests on wheels using the following Procedures:

·        The wheel fixture supports the test wheel "bead seat"

·        Centering of test wheel is automatic. A digital readout indicates the length of bending moment lever arm

·        The load shaft axle weight is compensated for so that there is no axial load on the test wheel during testing

·        Large heavy duty roller bearings support the rotating table and are lubricated with circulating filtered oil providing the best environment for long life

·        Apply actuators control the bending moment load on the test wheel to within +/- 1 percent full scale even when operating at test speeds of 500 r/min

·        The cycle counter will not lose count even if power to the machine is interrupted

·        Machine capacities to accommodate all wheel sizes and test load requirements are available
